BUG Simulator: Time Simulation is not available for Widget/Glance

When the sim is showing a widget/glance the Time Simulation menu option is grayed out.

I'll create a ticket to request this feature addition. I don't know of any technical reason off the top of my head why this couldn't be allowed.
