BUG Simulator: Time Simulation is not available for Widget/Glance

When the sim is showing a widget/glance the Time Simulation menu option is grayed out.

    It allows you to simulate all 24 hours in a day fairly quickly, and do the same for different dates to check how things look in a watch face.

    For things other than watch faces, not sure why you'd need that in other app types, and there are complications such as a widget or device app probably has it's own timers running,
