Bug Report: :titleItemHeight Option Has No Effect in CustomMenu

In CustomMenu, the :titleItemHeight option does not have any effect. While :footerItemHeight correctly adjusts the footer height as expected, the title height remains fixed at the standard Menu2 height, regardless of the value provided for :titleItemHeight.

This issue was observed using SDK 8.1.1 and tested in the simulator only. It has not yet been verified on a physical device.
