Bug report: BLE pairing does not work in simulator 6.4.2 & 7.0.2 if scan record contains no UUID, only device name

There is a BLE related bug in the simulator from 6.4.2 upwards.

Preventing pairing a device when it's scan record contains the device name only, but no UUID. In simulator the device is not paired. While pairing works when app is compiled and sideloaded to a real garmin device.
