Bug Report - Garmin Forerunner 245 Music unable to connect correctly to Jabra 65t

Only recently became an issue (last 2-4 weeks):

My Garmin Forerunner 245 Music (using version 7.20 for Garmin Express) has been able to connect using bluetooth to my Jabra 65t headphones.

However, when I start a workout (run, lift, etc.), the headphones disconnect and continue a cycle of restarting, "connecting," and disconnecting (without playing music). 

This is reproducible and consistent behavior.

This issue is specific to the Jabra headphones, as airpods connect without issue and remain connected during  a workout.
