[BUG] Missing download statistics on dev dashboard

With the new app statistics we've lost the more important/useful download statistics.  We need to back on the dev dashboard.

    Given the very long time this complaint has been out, it's quite clear that Garmin doesn't care about this, or how it impacts us.

    That seems very strange since the fix would be to go back to what they had before.
