It would be great to see the total number of users who currently have the app installed on their device and what those devices are. I have no idea if this is what the current percentages refer to, or if they refer to % downloads regardless of whether the user kept it on their device or not. In the previous dashboard, when I released an update I would use the peak number of downloads to guess current number of users, but it would be better to get that as an actual number. The total number of downloads is sort of useful, but it includes all the extra downloads for each new release. A graph on the developer dashboard showing total number (not percentage) of active users over time for each version would be ideal.
