Bug in miles and km conversion when adding a route to an event

Hi,
I created a route for an race event in the garmin connect browser application. The route has a length of 20.75km. After adding the route to an event the event has a length of 33.39km what is exactly the conversion between 20.75miles in km. But this is wrong.
When I delete the route from the event and add it again, but in the mobile app for Iphones it will show the right distance 20.75km.
