Bug in App Settings on Garmin Express on Mac

I still have users reporting this problem.  Here is the most recent.

The problem only occurs on Macs running Garmin Express.  On the Sensor Id setting, it pops up a message "This cannot be greater than 0" even though the setting is setup to be a number between 0 and 99999.   On the High Alert set point, it pops up a message "This must be between 0 and 0" even though the setting is setup to be a number between 1 and 100.

The problem affects both Apps and Data Fields.

The settings work properly on Express on Windows and in Garmin Connect Mobile.
