bug: Hebrew language is missing from Edge Explore 2 simulator

SDK 4.1.7

Many older devices have Hebrew in the simulator, and since EE2 is a relatively new device Hebrew is probably left out from the simulator config by mistake (it also has other non Latin languages).

To reproduce:

- run any app in Edge Explore 2 simulator

- open Settings > Language

- Hebrew is not in the list

For future reference: these are the devices I found so far that can be used to test Hebrew in the simulator:

I don't understand this: some of the old models do display Hebrew characters in the simulator (i.e: instinct2, descentg1), but the newest models (i.e: fr965, epix2pro42mm) still don't

Maybe ask in the Explore 2 product forum ( https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/f/edge-explore-2 ) to see if Hebrew is supported on the actual device. Seems it's not available on some devices, and the sim may be correct.
