Bug: Fenix 7 Pro/Enduro2/Fenix 7X/etc. can't get system language correctly after updating to 16.22

After updating to 16.22, as I know by now , Fenix 7 Pro/Enduro2/Fenix 7X can't get system language correctly

system language : Simplified Chinese

get from System.getDeviceSettings().systemLanguage : it should be `8389372`, but I got `8389355`, which means English

Temporarily solution：set the language to Traditional Chinese and set it back to Simplified Chinese , the watchface can get the system language correctly.

but when restart the watch , it will reset.

KrapfenKringel - the problem was not ignored for over a month. We had multiple people look into this, and nobody could reproduce. Once we *finally* got reproduction steps, the problem was found quickly.

I do not know the answer to that.

Here it's said "problem found and fixed", after it was ignored for over a month in the beta forum.
