bug: Connect IQ settings displays empty screen with loading icon only after getting back to the app

To reproduce on android (I have Android 13 on OnePlus 8t):

1. Open Connect IQ app
2. My Device
3. Open any category, any WF / app / DF / Widget
4. enter Settings
5. after a few seconds of the rotating "loading" icon disappears and the settings page is displayed

now you have a few options:

6a. wait until the phone's screen locks itself
6b. lock the display by clicking the power button
6c. go and do something in other apps

7. wait for a minute

go back to the Connect IQ app, depending on 6:

8a, 8b. click the power button or the fingertip reader to wake the screen up
8c. from the app drawer click on Connect IQ

9. you'll see the rotating "loading..." icon on the black empty screen, and it'll go on forever...
