Bug: Can't upload new app - One of the submitted files doesn't have the right media type

I've been unable to upload a new app to Garmin IQ app store for about a week now. I can get past the first step where .iq file is validated. Then I enter description, what's new, cover images and populate other mandatory fields, and I get the following error when I attempt to submit:

I have checked to make sure all image files I'm trying to attach are either JPG or PNG and all are under the maximum specified sizes.

We had some issues this week that were interfering with app uploads/updates, but they have been addressed. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Okay, an update is that I managed to submit the app for review, although it took me a few attempts. Not sure what exactly was wrong but I first tried with dummy blank images for cover and screenshot, then I went back and uploaded the correct images I wanted to attach in the first place. My app is now pending review, so fingers crossed I'll finally get it published. The process seems a bit fragile.

Are you entering something other than plain text for the description or "What's new"? Just using a less than or greater than sign can cause errors, Try just plain text without anything that might be considered a special character.
