Bug: Boundary on Epix2 fields is off

In addition to this graphics defect: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/bug-graphics-text-on-epix2-difference-in-real-life-vs-simulator

it also seem field boundaries are sometimes wrong or off ... I'll add a picture with a clear example of this. I fill the field with a color - which show the problem in the the center divider line is not in center. Plese fix these problems with Epix2 !!

  • Yeah, I would not expect of all this to be explained by "center area is two pixels and dividing line is only 1 pixel". In that case I would only expect to ever see one pixel of space between the dividing line and the field, and I would never expect the field contents to overlap the dividing line.

If you could share a code snippet and take device screenshots, then we could count pixels to compare the actual boundaries vs documented boundaries.

    - Hold UP for settings > System > Hot Keys > [Select a hot key] > Screenshot

    - Use the screenshot hotkey in your app. (I find that some multi-button hotkeys only work when you press the buttons in a certain order. Like BACK + LIGHT only works for me on 945 LTE if I hold LIGHT first, then press BACK.)

I'm also curious whether the sim exhibits this behavior? (I'm guessing not)
