BUG - App is not showing the latest version on Connect IQ

My app KeepStrong (link: https://apps.garmin.com/zh-CN/apps/e652e480-bc70-4efd-b848-a86ad0820225?tid=2) is not showing the latest version on Connect IQ mobile.

It always displays the old version 25.07.30.

However, we have already released several updates, and the latest version should be 25.09.11.

Could you please help check why the new version is not available to users?

They need the updated app for important bug fixes.
