Beta testing outside of single account

Add the ability to allow beta apps to be downloaded by users other than the uploaded via a direct link.

This will allow for beta testing to larger/targeted audience while not showing in the app store.

All other features like needing a new UUID and re-upload (or update existing) could remain the same

    Exactly, this should work like this:
    1. user contacts the developer with a problem.
    2. developer fixes the bug, creates a beta build, uploads to the store
    3. developer adds the user's email address to the list of allowed testers
    4. this automatically sends an email to the user with a link to the beta app in the store.
    5. user clicks on the link in the email and the phone opens Connect IQ with the relevant beta app.
    6. user installs it, tests it, communicates with the developer ...
