App updates(apps.garmin.com) not synced to IQ store Chinese Version(apps.garmin.cn)

Perhaps this problem can only be solved by the Garmin team.

I have an app called 极简中文表盘. Right now its latest version is 0.04 at Connect IQ store (apps.garmin.com/.../244dbbc7-a788-4068-bb76-612f006cfbd0).

However, what confuses me is the version on the Chinese site  (https://apps.garmin.cn/en-US/apps/244dbbc7-a788-4068-bb76-612f006cfbd0) is stuck in 0.02. What stops the update sync? Thanks for your help.

Can anyone help me with the problem above?Recently, the site is always on planned maintenance. Is it real or a crash? 

Garmin's network service is quite unstable in China. Why? Can you use more local servers to avoid the disgusting problem?

  • Good news! I just spoke with the app store team, and they have discovered a firewall issue that was interfering with syncs between the US servers and servers in China. We believe we have a successful sync running now, and things should be synced back up by the end of the day. Assuming this is the root cause, regular syncs should proceed normally after today.

    I won't mark this resolved just yet in case there's more to this issue than we realize, but it appears we may have this fixed.
