I'm the developer of Water Tracker PRO.

PROBLEM:
All users see a persistent "update available" loop on all 94 supported devices. Installing the update does not clear
it. Uninstalling and fresh installing also does not clear it. Other CIQ apps on the same devices work normally.

TIMELINE:
- v2.3.3 and earlier: working correctly
- v2.3.4: added German language resource — problem started
- v2.3.5–2.3.8: multiple fixes and republishes, problem persists

KEY EVIDENCE:
I just re-published v2.3.2 (which was working correctly before) and the same update loop occurs. This proves the issue
is on the Store backend, not in the app code.

WHAT I TRIED:
- Fixed System.LANGUAGE_DEU/FRE API compatibility
- Removed deu/fre language declarations from manifest entirely
- Published 6 different versions — problem persists on all devices
- Re-published old working version (2.3.2) — same problem

The app compiles cleanly (94/94 devices). The issue is a broken version record on the Store backend for this app ID.
