API Level 5.2 not supported by latest SDK (8.2.3)

The SDK manager has just updated a lot of devices to API Level 5.2, but there's no update for the SDK that still remains at v 8.2.3 that doesn't support that API level. So we can't build for devices at that level.

Shouldn't be the SDK updated before upgrading devices to a non supported API level?
