An app cannot be installed on some device although it is supported

One user told that my app cannot be installed on his 945. After installation, it will be uninstalled automaticly each time. I am sure the model is in the support model list of my app.Have you encountered the similar issue?

It might be helpful if you specified what app it is so that we can try to reproduce the problem. It turns out we do have access to a few devices to verify issues like this.

JumpJump. Maybe hard to reproduce. Today, one of my users told me her app was auto-uninstalled and when she was going to reinstall the app, the app download button recovered the loading status after spinning for serveral seconds. I didn't make any changes for my app recently. What was going on? The model is fr245 and FW 8.3
