After upgrade the SDK to 6.2.1, My watchface couldn't be downloaded by some watches

After upgrade the SDK to 6.2.1, my customers reported that the watchface couldn't be installed and they were asked for upgrade the firware with "Garmin Express". Even they upgraded their watch firmware to the latest version by "Garmin Express", the error still exit. Somebody installed the watchface before and uninstall it, then they cannot re-install it.

fenix6s(firmware version: 25.10)
fenix6xpro(latest firmware)

Please use SDK manager to update your device configs, then rebuild and upload the updated app to the store. We made some fixes to the device configuration files to address an issue that was causing this problem when attempting to install apps to certain products. (I posted some details about this here: https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/discussion/339447/apac-device-configuration-updates.)
