Add HRV to FitContributor message types

if would be nice to see more types including HRV in the FitContributor message types.

    Currently the SDK allows 3 Fit Message types Session (18), Lap(19) and Record(20).  The Garmin CIQ SDK only supports 3 of the 88 ANT+ Defined types.  The ANT+ Defined HRV (78) message type is an array of int16 time in milliseconds.  The FIT profile can be found at www.thisisant.com

    Currently, most watch(device) firmware(s) support most of this type when the "User" selects "Enable HRV" in an activity (i.e. RUN).  The divice firmware then add the RR-interval to the Fit File for 3rd party apps to use for HRV calculation.

    Asking to add the same functionality to the SDK.
