Request: Add Device Info to FitContributor message types

Jim, except from the actual device's info you the specification has also support for sensors and other devices info.

for ex. If you take a look at an activity file with a hrm strap it will have the straps info battery, serial etc.. info. That's (probably) how Connect shows you that you re using your HRM-Pro with x amount of battery

Except from record, lap, session there are many other message types on the FIT SDK. I think the request is simple and clear (kinda similar to https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/add-hrv-to-fitcontributor-message-types)

Those are the only messages types available for user data.. but you can record what you want in session data for example.

Actually it's not valid.  The MESG_TYPE_* values are how to record, not what to record.

You can record data based on the lap, all the time you are recording, or at the end of the session.  That's what mesgType is used for

23 isn't valid for the message type. The doc lists the 3 valid ones

MESG_TYPE_SESSION, MESG_TYPE_LAP, MESG_TYPE_RECORD
