Watchface: SoF - UTC

Just submitted a variant of my Steps on Face watchface with the original name SoF - UTC. There were requests to also display UTC on the main face.

The next generation

I got some time to modify the code to take advantage of user configuration

Now for the second time zone you can set what time zone you want GMT and beyond as well as if DST is applied to the second time zone (manual or automatic if you are in the US/Canada or Europe)

I have also added icons for alarms and notifications

This is Beta - I completely rewrote the time functions as well as incorporated the user configurable time zone.

first issue - the second time zone does not sync up with the main time when in low power mode.

I need to dig into what is going on here, if you can see the seconds, the time is in sync, but if you are in low power mode, the update of the 2nd time zone can be delayed.
