I uploaded my first watchface to the IQ app store. It is called "Pastime Solstice" and is analog watch face with a very clean design. Instead of hands there are two planets orbiting the central star. Additonal information is coded in an unobtrusive way:
1) Seconds are shown as a small moon orbiting the minute planet (only while the watch is not in energy save mode). If this moon is green, the watch is connected by bluetooth. Otherwise it is red.
2) The battery status influences the central star's colour: if there is no need to worry (>50 %), it is light grey. Between 50% and 30% it is green. Between 30% and 20% it is yellow. And below 20% it is red.
3) The activity monitor's step counter is shown as an arc surrounding the planetary system. The arc spans across the fraction that you have reached from your daily goal. Colours change from red (you better get up and walk) through orange, green (good progress) to light grey (almost done or done, no worries, no obtrusive colours to distract your attention).
It was tested thoroughly on a fenix 3. All other models have only been tested briefly in the simulator. I bet there will be errors.
I tried to upload a screenshot, but the upload failed for some reason (no error message).
