A simple application that allows users to record activities like the built-in apps, but with more choices of activity type and sub-type. Activities that are uploaded to Garmin Connect have the specified activity type, so you don't have to go back and edit them after the fact. Supports three user-selectable data fields on a single page; Timer, Lap Time, Heart Rate, Average Heart Rate, Calories, Time of Day, Distance, Pace, Avg, Pace, Speed, Avg, Speed, Cadence, Avg. Cadence, Elevation, Ascent, Descent, Laps, Temperature fields are available. Allows users to enable/disable sensors and GPS for each activity type/sub-type.

*Note*: You have to enable sensors and GPS in the app if you want to record the data that they provide. i.e., if you want to go on a trail run and record your track, you have to select the activity type Run/Trail Running, and then enable GPS on the options page. All sensors default to off for all activity types. You must enable them explicitly.

*Note*: The list of activity sub-types is limited due to a ConnectIQ bug that affects most devices. The most requested activity sub-type is Strength Training, and unfortunately that one is affected by this bug. I will update the app as fixes are deployed with device firmware updates.

with my vivoactive unfortunately there is no saving of settings at all.
furthermore, the sensors are set as enabled by default but it seems there is not GPS location provided when I start a "cross country skiing" session

Would you be able to make this accessible for the Fenix 3? I have the VivoActive and use this app for my weight lifting sessions, and my husband would like to use for his Fenix 3.
Also, when I use mine for weight lifting, I'm using the 'unspecified' under Training (I read how there are glitches for 'Strength Training', although it is difficult to ascertain if that's the actual selection being used), I use the 'lap' function at the end of every set - but often while lifting, I will press the soft key and it ends the lap - is there a way to use the hard keys instead to mark the end of a lap and turn off the soft key function?

I gave a rating of 4 stars, really great job with this app and appreciate what you've put into it :)

I have a workaround for the other serialization bug, so I think that should start working after my next submit to the app store. I can support the fenix, I just need to get someone to test it.

I'm still working through some nice way to show the user what activity type is in use and what sensors are enabled. I have something that works, I just have to take the time to make icons that don't suck.

For some reason the strength activity is missing. It was there when I first downloaded the application and since then has gone missing. Any help you could offer is appreciated

Regarding the saving of settings not working: After connecting a HRM strap and enabling it in the settings the saving seems to work now :-)

It works on the 920xt (except for the known saving bug).

You hold the menu button to access the menu, just like in all other apps on the 920xt.

Yeah, it works sometimes and not other times. I have a fix just need to find the time to submit it.

Ich nutze die vivoactive Uhr. Leider speichert die app die letzten Einstellungen nicht ab, z. B. Data fields, GPS an oder aus usw. Bitte um Korrektur
