gurjon - The battery could be a rounding thing. For example, if the watch is telling the watchface the battery is 80.999, you could be displaying it as 80% while others will show it as 81%. (you round down, others round up). On mine, I take what the FW reports and add .5 and then use the integer part, so I round up - 80.999 would show as 81%
How does sunrise/sunset work? After problems with another watchface not updating the times next day only if I reinstall it I tried sun events in DigitStorm. It showed 5:53 as next sun event. Well, it was 11:30... I reinstalled DigitStorm and placed my watch near the window for a new GPS fix because I saw strange coordinates in the settings menu. After the new fix I checked again. Coordinates in the settings menu now for Bremen. But next sun event still 5:53! What's wrong with sun events? The other watchface I mentioned doesn't fetch new times itself the next day, I have to reinstall it. DigitStorm still waits for sunrise at lunch and doesn't even update after reinstalling. I tried two other watchfaces that showed next sun event at 20:50. I don't know what they will tell tomorrow. One I had to uninstall because it made my watch slow. The FR 235 hasn't enough power. That's the reason why I don't use my old watchface anymore where sun events worked fine too. Switching between pages and modes was very slow. Sun events aren't so important for me. I can choose other data for showing. I just wanted to know what DigitStorm says because I tried another watchface for a few days where sun events can't be removed and where it's irritating to see times that never change a few minutes the next days so that they're wrong. It can't be correct to see the same times for three days.
Now I can be more precise with the sun event problem: The times are correct. But it always shows sunrise instead of next sun event that should be a sunset while looking at it in the afternoon.
Hi Gurjon, been using digitstorm since it came out, really like it a lot. However, since your latest update I noticed my f5 drains power more quickly and after testing it against 5 other watch faces I'm pretty sure it is digitstorm with about 1% drop per hour. Several others drop at half or less then half that rate. Earlier versions were doing better. Just letting you know, thanks!
Hi, Gurjon, I love your watchface, it's the one I've been using for 8 months. Occasionally, with the previous version, your watchface had an error, like a yellow ring that happened randomly. With the latest update of your watchface and the Garmin FR 935 system, today this ring doesn't turn off, it's permanently on the screen. I try some kind of things without any results. This error only occurs, in my case, when I set the continuous bar, if I set discontinuous the error does not occur. Can you solve it? We'll appreciate that, so, thanks in advance. Update: I have solved this issue by removing and reinstalling the watchface and, at the moment, it works fine, but I think the bug is present in the background.community.garmin.com/.../1371252.png
FR935 Hi Gurjon, would it be possible to add field 5 priority 1Hz? I would like to put the actual heart rate there. The current one shows the heartbeat once a minute. If this was possible as in field 1. Thank you very much and I wish a lot of health and success in your life :-) Vašek.
