Further explanations of terms and training zones for https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/f...0-f809dc520a58
    ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
Power Zone – Power Zones are based on percent of Functional Threshold Power. Zone 1 is 0-55%, Zone 2 is 56-75%, Zone 3 is 76-90%, Zone 4 is 91-105%, Zone 5 is 106-120%, Zone 6 is 121-150%, and Zone 7 is over 150%.

Heart Rate Zone – Your personal heart rate zones are set in the Connect IQ App on your mobile device. From the main screen of the Connect IQ App, click on the Garmin Edge icon ~ User Settings ~ Heart Rate Zones ~ Cycling Tab

Maximum Heart Rate – Your maximum heart rate is the number you set as the maximum number of your heart rate zone 5. Many people set this to the maximum heart rate they have reached in the past few years.

Lactate Threshold Heart Rate – Your lactate threshold heart rate is the number you set as the maximum number of your heart rate zone 4.

Training Stress Score (TSS), Normalized Power (NP), and Intensity Factor (IF) - Are described here https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/normalized-power-intensity-factor-training-stress/ None of these data fields are currently available in Garmin's Connect IQ so I have had to create code that computes the values from live data. The values may not match Garmin's or other websites exact values mostly because of how many decimal numbers each program uses in the computations. These values remain as zero until they have 30 seconds of recorded data as the formulas prescribe.
  • I love this screen! Great improvement over standard Garmin fields!

    I have one question:
What do these two smaller fields show? ( See picture ). Settings screen attached.

I don't have a power meter. My sensors are Heart Rate + Speed/Cadence Combo.

    P.S.
Sorry for the dumb question - I think I figured it out. App page says:
    ----------------------
For the "Heart rate monitor only" screen, the power information is replaced with Average speed, Average heart rate & Average heart rate as percent, and Calories.
    ----------------------

So I presume 1st field ( on the left ) is avg HR, and 2nd ( on the right ) is avg HR in % of Max.

Thank you again! This is a great app!

Tha only field I'm missing a little - is average moving speed.community.garmin.com/.../1332376.jpg
