I have several reasons why I post here:

1. A lot of people had good suggestions and helped me to get the watchface to its current state. Thank you for that. It's a lot easier to discuss suggestions here than via email or the connect iq store.

2. Since I "only" own a Fenix 3, I can't test every feature of my watchface myself and so I need a platform for people, who want to help and give feedback. Um well yes, I want you as beta testers

So here we are. I am awaiting your wishes, your feedback and your comments.

Cheers
  • In fact, with the backlight setting for gesture set "on", it works fine.
Thanks, I hope garmin will fix this

Digital time one minute late on hands time on Fenix 5

    Hi Dirk,

Thank you very much for this very good watch face.

My bug report is the one mentioned in the title. I have noticed that in some situations, both times (digital and analog) are sync. but can't replicate it.

I would also suggest some improvements: the ability to define different colors for the dial hands and graph (for clean reading of the right dial).

I wanted to attach a picture to illustrate this post but it seems to fail. I can send it to you per regular mail if you want.

Thank you in advance and have a nice day.

    Leo

PS: I can also help for beta testing on Fenix 5.

    Hi,

thanks for the offer, I will be glad to come back to you, when I need some testing. This may be necessary when I implement 1 Hz mode or weather functionality. Both features are on my future to do list, but at the moment I am trying to figure it out.

For your bug, I think I fixed it.

In one of the next updates I will also add the possibility to switch the color of the graph.

I have one further question, the watchfaces, which support 64 colors, how do they let the user choose the color? Is there a list of 64 colors? Would be nice if somebody could answer me that question, because on my Fenix 3 I can't test it.

    Cheers

Hi, so far the only watchface I've seen dealing with 64 colors is "Line" which allows to choose among a complete list of colors (with funny names such as "Hollywood sunset orange" or "Lime green", etc...)

Wow, it's working perfectly ... I haven't even realized that the version was updated ... I look at my watch and seconds is working, I've counted 10 sec thinking it wil stop and it was still going on ... therefore I think it is set automatically on 1 Hz mode ... the only thing I had to disable was the cycle through info that was always on and a bit disturbing ...
I forgot to say, I am on fenix 5s
  • Hi,
did I understand you correct, the cycle through info is working 24/7 if you don't switch it off?

    Cheers

I have to reconfigure setting each time I upgraded to newer version. Is that normal?

    Idea for 64 colors management?
I agree with you that adding 64 colors option every field can drive you crazy.
Would it be possible to give RGB levels options in every field? Red level from 0 to 3, Blue level from 0 to 3, Green level from 0 to 3?
Probably a bit more complicated than today, but less than dealing with 64 different colors...
    I hope that helps.

    Again: you're doing great.

In the latest version (v1.38), the notification count in watch face shows "0/zero", but watch actually receive several notifications from my smartphone. Does anyone else have the same issue?
  • I am currently looking at it. I haven't changed the code for the notification count in the last updates and in the simulator it works. At the moment I am a bit clueless. Does it work on other watchfaces? And just to make sure, you switched on notifications in settings?
