    I share your AGGGHHHHH.

ConnectIQ does not yet allow Generic ANT data to be stored on the watch. The temporary work around is to get the .FIT file from the watch, and download the .FIT file from the Moxy sensor (using the Moxy PC App) and then merge the FIT files. Right now, the only merging option I know of is in Golden Cheetah but we will be releasing a merging option inside the Moxy PC App soon.

    Thx Roger...

    One more question please...

How do I download the file .FIT in the Moxy PC APP?
When I click on "Download Data" automatically stores a .CSV file

By the way . I have been unable to download any training.
This is the error that appears. I tried it on 2 different computers:

    and this is the text:

    Roger,
When I push start the Garmin crashes (and resets). But if I don't push start it reads live fine...but I can't record the file.
  • What device are you using, and what firmware version?

  • Hi rocketrichter,

Sorry I'm slow to reply. I'm not able to reproduce that problem on my 920XT. There's an error log file that might help debug the problem. If you connect your watch to your computer with the charging cradle and navigate to the watch as if it's an external drive, there should be a file in the root directory called ERR_LOG.TXT.

Can you PM that to me or post it here?

Does the crash occur when the GPS is active or inactive (due to being indoors)?

    Thanks!!

They haven't given me any commitment dates yet, just that it's on their roadmap. I expect it to be months rather than weeks or years.

M515Run: Difficulty setting 10k pace on FR 920

    Good afternoon everyone:

I'm having a hard time trying to set my 10k race pace on the 515Run app in FR 920xt. When I enter 5:00 it accepts it but upon revision of the value it actaully sets it to 5:30. Same if I try to set it to, say, 4:30. So, my first question: does the app always use imperial units (I use metric) and why is it being set to 5:30 ? Thanks !!

    Hi Marcos,

The app uses the imperial / metric setting for PACE that's on the native portion of the watch. I think there's a separate setting for pace and distance.

I think I'm seeing the issue with the pace setting not working in metric mode. I'll look into this more and get back to you.
