CyberWolf: Robot Revolt

CyberWolf: Robot Revolt is a full single-player sci-fi/horror shooter built for the Garmin watch. Fight your way through ten decks of a dark mining ship, from the cargo ramp to the bridge, against the ship's own robots.

I would love to share this game with you, unfortunatelly it's stuck 6th day in "pending" state.

  • 9th day. App is pending. No reply from support. No reaction from

I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look. Thank you.

  • I would strongly recommend filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection or digital services authority in your country.

I sent Garmin another email today, and if I still receive no response, I intend to file a formal complaint myself.

I encourage everyone experiencing the same issue to do the same. Start with the relevant authority in your own country and, if necessary, escalate the matter to the appropriate EU authorities and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

It's simply unacceptable for a company to charge developers for a service and then completely ignore their emails and forum posts, leaving applications pending for weeks without any explanation.

We are not demanding that Garmin approve every application. We are asking for reasonable review times, transparency, and basic communication. These are reasonable expectations from a company providing a paid service.

If enough affected developers submit documented complaints, perhaps Garmin will finally take this issue seriously.

  • I’m not going to file any formal complaint. I’m only asking   to stop ignoring this app while approving other similar apps in the meantime, apps that, in my humble opinion, are of much lower quality.

Take a look at the screenshot of an app that was approved while mine has effectively been blocked, and compare the quality yourself:

  • Tbh, I feel like they're never going to approve the apps that are already pending for long time. It seems like they're just cherry-picking newly submitted apps, while older submissions are getting buried and forgotten.

I guess just have to remove the pending app, rebuild it with a new ID, and resubmit it, hoping they'll finally notice it.

  • I don’t mean to be rude, but that doesn't make sense.

  • It doesnt make sense yet Garmin is exactly doing that. He's not wrong.
I've 4 apps pending and Garmin randomly approved one of those and left the other three untouched. Many other developers told me their newly submitted apps were approved on the same day. They ARE cherry picking app approvals and it's not hard to check this for yourself.

How many times do you need to comment this and ask Garmin for help? Did you not see the amount of threads people opened here in the recent weeks? All of them were left unanswered by the iq connect team.

I already filed a formal complaint to Garmin Germany and now they are legally obliged to respond, because they restricted my merchant account without any prior notice or explanation why. You can ask nicely and give them a chance or two, but at some point you have to understand that they simply don't care unless you take legal action.

  • Sad story bro, but in this thread I’m talking specifically about my app, and it doesn’t change any of the facts I’ve stated here so far. Let's hope  will notice finally.

  • Yes, I'm sure they will notice Smiley
    Just one more comment, bro

  • I've gotten this approved  . I appreciate your balanced response despite the delays.

I made a comment about this problem briefly over on this bug report. We don't have a dedicated support staff to monitor all of the developer forums, so while we know people have been posting concerns over the approval delays, we can't reply to them all. I apologize to everyone if that feels ignored—we're focused on addressing the problem.

    Thanks for your patience!

  • Thank you, I appreciate you getting back to me. Feel free to close this thread.
