Delays in Reviewing Pending Watch Faces

I have about 16 watch faces that haven't been approved yet because they're showing as “Pending.”

Some have been in that status since September 30. I understand that the team might be overwhelmed, but please remember that many of us developers earn income from these products we create for Garmin users.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I'm currently facing the same issue on a Watch face from September 29. I ended up deleting it and reuploading as a new app. Still facing the same issue. Sent an email and made a post. No updates.

i have the same issue with 8 watch faces. I am waiting since october 2nd. The support does not reply to my Emails.

Same here. On top of that, I’m honestly shocked by Garmin’s attitude. It’s as if they were some shady, small-time company rather than a major international brand.

I’ve paid for a merchant account, they take a percentage of every sale, yet there’s no email address provided anywhere to contact them if I run into problems. I’ve searched for one and haven’t been able to find anything.

This is simply unacceptable and completely unprofessional for a company like Garmin.

What email did you use? I can't find one. Chat GPT found one, but not sure if that's correct as no reply from Garmin.
