Hi everyone,
I’m the developer behind BackyardBull. I’d like to share Oktober - Munich Fest and Oktober - Wiesn night, two separate watch faces inspired by Munich and Oktoberfest.
Munich Fest uses Bavarian blue and white, traditional lettering and a Munich skyline. Wiesn night takes the evening view, with festival lights and warm gold details. Both keep everyday Garmin readings below the clock.

Key features:
- Each app offers a 24-hour digital display or two central analog hands.
- Switch Digital/Analog in Connect IQ or directly in the watch face settings.
- Heart rate, daily steps, watch battery and Garmin weather with temperature in Celsius.
- English date, with fixed colours and data field positions.
- No visible always-on display: the screen is black while asleep.
In Analog mode, the hands pass over the artwork and can cover a data field. The images above are design previews with sample values.
Connect IQ:
Oktober - Munich Fest
Oktober - Wiesn night
Each is a separate paid app, currently €2.49 in the German store. Munich Fest supports the listed fēnix 8, quatix 8 and tactix 8 AMOLED models. Wiesn night also supports other listed 454 × 454 AMOLED watches, including Forerunner 965/970 and Venu 3. Please check each listing’s Compatible Devices tab.
Interactive previews: Munich Fest / Wiesn night.
Which version do you prefer? I’d particularly appreciate feedback on readability and the balance between the artwork and data. Questions, suggestions and bug reports are welcome in this thread.
