I'm the developer of Padel Smash, a Connect IQ watch app that keeps padel score on your wrist. It runs on more than 100 Garmin watches, from the Forerunner 55 and fenix 5 Plus to the fenix 9 and Forerunner 970.
You press once after each point, with a button, a tap or a swipe, and it keeps the points, games and sets:
- Normal padel: Star Point (the default), Silver Point, Golden Point or unlimited deuces, switchable mid-match; tie-breaks; Pro Set to 9 games
- Mexicano and Americano: point limits from 16 to 40, combined points or first to the limit, draws, and Total Points for the session
- A mini court shows which team serves and from which side
- Undo for the last 15 points, and Match History on the watch for your last 10 matches
- Saves to Garmin Connect as a Padel activity on newer watches (a generic activity named Padel on older ones), with the set scores and the points won on serve and on return
- Optional live scoreboard: switch on Live Broadcast (Settings, Connect Speaker; it is off by default) and friends can follow at padelsmash.app, where their phone reads the score aloud. The watch itself has no voice.
What it does not do: detect shots or points, end the match by itself (you save it when you are done), or run on anything but a Garmin. It is paid, with no trial and no account; if it does not suit you, I refund in full on request within 24 hours.
