[App] BulkForged: automatic progressive overload, now on the wrist too

Hey all — sharing a Connect IQ app I built, now live in the store: BulkForged.

The pitch: most lifting apps are loggers that leave you to figure out what to lift
next. BulkForged's progressive-overload engine reads every set you complete and
decides your next target automatically — more reps until you hit the top of your
rep range, then more weight, session after session. No spreadsheet, no guessing.

On the watch it's a full partner, not a mirror: log a set from your wrist, offline,
with the next lift always one glance away so you're not digging your phone out
mid-set. Whatever you log on either device shows up on the other through the cloud.

Runs on 41 Garmin models — fenix 6/7/8, epix (Gen 2) and epix Pro, Enduro 2/3,
MARQ (both gens), and Forerunner 255/265/955/965/970 including their S/X/Pro/Solar
variants.

(Screens below: what you see mid-set, the rest-timer preview of your next lift, and
the RIR prompt — no other watch lifting app asks for that last one.)

Mid-set — target weight, reps and RIR for the set you're on right now.

Rest timer with the next lift already queued underneath it, so you're never
guessing what's coming when the clock hits zero.

Reps-in-reserve, logged from the wrist.

Two things worth knowing before you install: it needs the companion Android phone
app (no iPhone yet), and it's still in beta — the phone side runs through Google
Play internal testing, so spots are limited and gated by application. If that
sounds like your thing: bulkforged.com/beta. Happy to answer questions here.
