    Looks very cool. Nice work!
  • To be honest, I was a little skeptical at 1st but decided to give it a try.

AWESOME! By far my favorite watch face (and I've lived with a few of them). I left a review but figured I'd repost it here:

My new favorite. Very clean design and very useful. A few requests
    1. I like that the steps turn to red when you need to move. However this stops changing when the color goes to orange (probably when you need it most). I would also like this to change when I've completed the goal, because there are plenty of times when I run in the morning, but still would like to keep active through the day
    2. Alternatively, if you don't want to change the text, can you make the movebar on the bottom larger and RED
    3. Seconds with the new firmware upgrade would be nice.

Otherwise absolutely perfect for my needs!

Also another request, anyway to make this for the fēnix3 since I may be moving to that device in the future.....please?
  • Really appreaciate your positive feedback.

To point some of the bullets:
I agree that even if it's orange. It shall become red when you need to move, but when it becomes green and you need to move, you can rely on the move bar. BUT
I've tested the move bar in other colors, but the blue keeps the watch theme and in red it was barely visible. Furthermore, the intention is to keep it as tiny as possible to not polute the screen - with that, I'll think and work something out for that without changing the principle. ( this is the key - less is more!)
The code for Seconds is already written, but I will wait for the beta testing to end, in order to publish it.

Yes. Fenix version can be developed, i will trust you to test real version for me, I don't want to trust only on the simulator.

Again, thanks for the feedback - will come back early this week with update.

    Regards
    EB
  • Awesome! I definitely like the minimalistic approach!
  • Updated to 1.1.0

Now just waiting for the final Firmware update to realease 2.0, and really looking forward to deploy the theme colors change.
  • Updated to 2.0

Seconds added when not in low power mode, simplified view when in low power mode, sleep indicator in low power mode and bluetooth status
  • on my FR920xt going back in LPM all the icons disappear

That seems to be the intended behavior. The revision history says (note the second bullet)...

    + Version 2.0
    • Added Seconds when not in low power mode (Beta Firmware Required)
    • Displays only the numbers, move bar and sleep indicator when in low power mode
    • Bluetooth Status (when phone is connected)

  • mmm... I am reading something else in those words...wishful reading :(

back on the previous version, because v2.0 is too naked

    Suggestions!?
I was wondering as it should publish minor info in low power... (ok.. now it's none!)

    Date only?
  • Anyway... I've been testing this week, and without deciding if i would include or not more info when in low power... I published today without further info...

I will keep 2.1 with date for a while and wait for feedbacks...

Just as an inside info, the code to change color scheme is already implemented, just waiting some kind of method to change it. (in case you are using a red 920xt or a Grey vivoactive)...
  • aha, I am on a red (tart) FR920xt :)

Cube is your brainchild, so whatever you decide there always will be users liking it the other way around :)

my experience is that my FR920xt is not always coming out of LPM when needed
and the watch is not on my wrist for the whole day (meaning..a quick glance at the watch gives me also the info when not hidden in LPM)

LPM adjustments are required - finding the same problem on mine...
I've found that i need some gravity in one of the axis (meaning putting the 920 almost on vertical - screen perpendicular to ground) to properly display. I'm pretty sure that the guys would cover that in the final firmware...

did I tell you that the design is soothing to look at :o

Many Thanks !!!!! I was really looking for something non-cartesian thinking, and that's what i feel on my everyday watch...
