  • Hi,
since software update version 6.5 the Actiface 2.0.6 is not working.

Assuming you have a fenix3, what do you mean "is not working"?
Works fine here through all beta versions and the current public 6.50
  • My Fenix also has fw 6.50 and ActiFace 2.0.6 works fine for me. Can you try uninstall it and install again? :) Thanks

Good morning Petr, in Actiface Steps app, is it possible to show the daily step count but exclude steps that were counted during running/cycling activities in those apps? Looking for a way to only show steps counted while doing daily activity tracker.

EDIT: would also be good to have on the actiface one too if possible as an option

    Thanks

Doesn't work after updating to firmware 6.5 for me either :-(

    I see a "9:" on a black screen -- that's it.

Uninstalled and reinstalled but still behaves the same.

Can you provide more info? Which watch model do you have, firmware version, and if the issue started after update or..? Thanks

Problem after upgrade to FW 6.5

    I have the Fenix 3.

The problem definitely occurred after the upgrade this morning to firmware version 6.5. It was worked well before the update.

I uninstalled it and went with another watchface for now (since displaying only the hour wasn't particularly useful :-D ), but I can reinstall and send you a picture if you like.

I had the same problem today on my fenix 3. Only showed a 3 (for the hours) and the rest of the screen was blank. I checked for updates for Garmin Express, and was told that there was one. Once I updated Garmin Express, configured ActiFace, and re-synced the watch, the face functioned normally again.

    Hope that helps!

    That worked! :-)

Thanks for the suggestion. Should have checked for an update to Garmin Express, but wouldn't have thought that would cause a problem on the watch either.

    Unable to download App

I'm new to the Garmin ConnectIQ store but trying to download this app and I keep getting a message to update to latest version of my 920XT but I am already at the latest version as confirmed by Garmin Connect and Garmin Express. Not sure if I am doing something wrong but I have the 920xt plugged into the computer and updated it fine with Garmin Express yet continue to get the error. Tried the same download on Garmin Connect on my iphone and got the same error.

    App won't install

Found when i disconnected the Forerunner from the computer, a screen popped up to install 6.2. Lesson learned that apparently Garmin Connect only downloads the update to the watch and then you have to disconnect and run the update from the watch? I assume I missed something somewhere that would have told me that it how it behaves. Anyway, once installed on the watch, I assume that will fix the problem with the app not installing.
