Hi if I use actiface since the new firmware 3.4 update my fenix 3 becomes really unresponsive to button pushes, as if there is a big load of background processing going on.

  • clock Face will not load onto my 920.

Dear Developer, I've been running into issue where the actiface blue is loaded onto the Apps and I see it in the Garmin/Apps section on the watch but it will not load the face. It keeps defaulting back to the original clock face. I've removed and re download and sync'd multiple times however the Artifice Blue will not display on my 920.

Did you selected it in the settings?

Thanks for such an awesome watch-face. I updated to the latest version on my Garmin Epix and I noticed the font is much thicker / bolder. I know you added a custom font and tweaked some of the design for the Epix but I'm wondering if there's a way to make the font less bold and more like the screenshot for the face on the Epix?

    Hi KOULIK,

Thanks for developing this and making it available!

I've been using it and trying to make the most out of it for the past week but seems most of the data on the face isn't updating. Either that or I've really misunderstood what the data is supposed to say. I was expecting the graph to show daily activity in terms of steps/runs over the past week or so with the triangles down the bottom appearing if I had reach my goal. Maybe I'm mistaken here?

I took pics of the screen twice a day, morning and night, every day for the past 9 days (link below). Over those 9 days I ran on 8 of those days totaling 128.8kms. I fell short of the step goals on two consecutive days, the 17th and 18th. All the other days I reached the goal.

However, I can't seem to make sense of the data presented. For example, the entire graph, except the very right hand edge, has never updated; neither the shaded area or the white line on top. The triangles indicating goals reached have also stayed in the same location. And there is this 37.45km/3144kC text beneath the clock and I have no idea what it is referencing.

I uninstalled the red face version, installed the blue face and the data was the same. Switched back to red face and same again.

    Please take a look at the attached images from the link below;

Even just look at the difference between Jun13_1 and Jun21_2. The data is almost all the same.

Thanks in advance for taking a look!

Also, what are those 5 red dots that appear vertically every now and then on the left hand side?

    Hi Peter,

I met this issue a few times. This is caused by stuck activity tracker in your Fenix3. You can check Menu > History > Steps and you will probably see that there are missing last days.. What I know, only way to fix it is the reset of the activity tracker in History > Options > Reset Totals (I have 920XT and hope that it's named similar on F3).

To the red dots.. It's just inactivity indicator. You can find the description in the IQ Store ActiFace page.

Ah, yes, you're right! In History it hasn't recorded anything past June 8 (and "today"). Each day I do see the steps counted though and it also syncs to Garmin Connect so the watch is still recording the steps each day; it just fails to store them on the watch.

However, your suggestion to reset to totals didn't work. I did the reset as you suggested and confirmed that the totals were back to zero. I then changed the watch face back to ActiFace but the screen is still as before.

Any other suggestions (apart from a hard reset ;-) )?
