!!! IMPORTANT - PLEASE, RESTART YOUR WATCHES AFTER WATCHFACE UPDATE IF YOU HAVE SOME CONFIGURATION ISSUES !!!

Watch Face contains:
- Time and date
- activity history graph (past 7 days + today) in kCal and km/mi (or steps)
- maximum or sum or average kCals and km/mi (or steps)
- daily goal progress and step count
- custom fields
- status and notification icons
- inactivity indicator. Removing of inactivity levels is handled by the watch firmware, usually it takes about 3-4 minutes of walking.
- "goal reached" indicator in the week graph (small white triangle)

Supports 12/24 time format and km/mi.

Configuration
------------------------

ActiFace can be configured via Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express.
Here is how to do it: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?332843-How-to-App-Settings

Possible settings:
- Color
- Date format (and second date format in case when the notification icon is shown on Fenix-like models)
- Inverted mode (white background)
- Graph description - values above the graph - week maximums, sums or averages
- White line - switch between daily steps and distance for the white line graph
- Color graph style - switch between curve graph and bar graph
- Custom fields types (differs between models):
* UTC (with TZ offset)
* UTC24 (with TZ offset, always 24H format)
* steps
* distance
* calories
* goal percentage
* heart rate
* altitude
* week goal percentage (counted all step goals and steps from the beginning of the week)
* week distance average (counted from the beginning of the week without today)
* week steps average (counted from the beginning of the week without today)
* week calories average (counted from the beginning of the week without today)
* sunrise/sunset times
* climbed floors
* climbed meters/feet
* descended meters/feet
* week intensity minutes percentage
- Enable/disable seconds
- Enable/disable inactivity indicator
- Battery indicator type (Fenix3 only)
- Color graph line
  • Great watchface! Few issues found on Fenix 3.

    -Today's calories didn't capture calories burned from my swimming only walking and body metabolism.
    - Missing the 4th day indicator in graph. They also are rendered in white as opposed to green as shown in the picture. Not sure if it is related or not.

    -Screen Notifications come 2 seconds after vibration notifications. Not sure if that is Connect IQ limitations.

    Have not gauged battery life objectively yet but feels like I am draining battery faster.

    Other than that it's awesome.

    Hi,

    You are right, swimming is from some reason excluded from the data which are available to watchfaces.

    To the 2nd point: This indicator marks days when you reached your daily steps goal. You can also check it in Menu - History - Steps. Triangles are white from version 1.7.3 for better visibility, I'll change the screenshot in the future :)

    To the 3rd point: notifications and vibrations are not related to watchfaces. It's part of the device firmware.

    Thank you for this Great Watchface.

    Need a favor, have difficulty seeing the graph without my reading glasses. Is it possible to create a version with the trend graph replaced with bars (same info).

    Thank you in advance
  • Hi,

    sorry but I don't plan to make a port with bar graph. But there is something like that from other developer if you use watches with square screen - https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/419e6a65-f03f-4fb5-af80-cf580fda36c0 .
  • Elevation instead of distance

    I realise how unwelcome having different versions may be, or how difficult it might be to make the app configurable, but for some of us, the mountain enthusiasts, _elevation_ is paramount. Much more than distance.
    If there was a way to display daily elevation and have a weekly graph with total accumulated elevation, this is something we would enjoy very much...

    In any case, thank you for your work and much appreciated Watchface!

    Romain.
  • Hi, I see, but there is no way to get elevation data from watchface. The watchface API is very limited to avoid high battery consumption.
  • Small request

    I am not sure if it is possible, but I would love to see an indicator to show if the alarm is set .

    Thanks!
  • Definitely, I'd like to add the alarm icon, but watchface API doesn't provide this information.

    My favorite. I use it on Vivoactive and Epix.

    Since the latest version the time numbers look kind of "fat" on epic. It looked more elegant before.
