  • New Garmin Connect (iPhone)

Today I noticed a new version of the Garmin Connect app (iPhone), which looks promising and is a huge optical improvement over the previous one. Also, integration with Apple health kit has been extended, which I believe is a big surplus. Official Info here

Also, the web portal has been updated accordingly.

I am now even more curious looking forward to the upcoming firmware update of the watch, which is badly needed in order to make use of your new and gorgeous looking watch face.

    Cheers

ActiFace blue activity graph not showing running data.

    Hi there,

On my watch face, the activity graph is not working properly; its showing a flat line with no activity.

I run almost everyday so there should be data available in order to populate the graph.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from my phone and my mac (Garmin express). I have also restored the vivoactive to default settings but still no luck.

Please can you help me, love the watch face but just disappointing that I am unable to see its full functionality. A few other guys in my office with the same problem!

    Many thanks

ActiFace blue activity graph not showing running data.

    Hi there,

My activity graph on my actiface blue is not working.

I run everyday so i should have data to populate the graph.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the watch face but no luck. Additionally I have restored my VivoActive to defaults.

A few other guys in my office are having the same problem.

Love the watchface but would love to be able to see its full functionality.

    Thanks in advance.
  • Hi,
It seems that you have turned the activity tracker off. Can you check your steps history in Garmin Connect? ActiFace needs it for its functionality.
  • Weird jumps in the activity graph

    Hello,
first of all thanks for the great watch face.

I am using it for months now, and there its one thing that came up several times.
There are jumps in the daily activities, you can see it in the picture here:

After a run yesterday I loaded the epic, and when it started after loading there were two additional "days" in the list. I made the photo today.
Judging from other answers I think this is not a problem of your watch face, since you only display the data that the watch gives you, but a problem of the epix itself.
I just want to make sure.

Is the data you are displaying based on dates, or is it just "present day", "day before", "day before that", etc.?

    Best regards,
    Jörn

    Hi Jörn,

you're absolutely right, there is a problem in Epix firmware. I also have Epix and it happened to me as well after some reboot during zoom out the map. I hope Gramin will resolve it soon.

I've just installed the new actiface 2.0 after having upgraded my 920 to the new 6.10 firmware but Garmin Express keeps saying that I can't configure the watchface 'cause I need the last upgrade...
Works like a charm through the Connect iPhone App, instead

Ps. The Smart notifications icon isn't working at all, While the new alarm clock one is ok
  • Fr630?

    Hi, with the FR630 it doesn´t work...

Hi, have you also updated Garmin Express to the latest version? I'll check the notification count icon on the latest fw and let you know. Are you getting notifications from your phone generally?

    Hi,

What firmware version do you have? You're an early adopter so you should be patient :) I can confirm that ActiFace desn't work with FR230/630 firmware 2.10. Moreover, it still doesn't have CIQ 1.2 support, so you shouldn't give negative ratings to developers if you don't see notification and alarm icons, which are CIQ 1.2 features. There is already a newer firmware in the test which works well and I believe it'll be available soon.
