I’ve been working on a small Connect IQ app called Burnout Detector and I’d really appreciate some feedback from the community.
The idea is to combine several wellness metrics already available on Garmin devices—such as HRV, Stress, Body Battery and Resting Heart Rate—into a simple daily burnout risk score.
Current features include:
- Daily burnout score (0–100)
- Color-coded risk gauge
- Individual factor breakdown
- Multi-day trend
- Short daily insight
- Runs completely on the watch (no account required)
I’m mainly looking for feedback on:
- Is the score easy to understand?
- Does the UI feel intuitive?
- What information would you like to see added?
This is a personal side project and I’m continuously improving it based on user feedback.
