Hi all, sharing my second watch face!
It's minimalistic but also bold and eccentric, with custom hand-drawn digits for each quadrant. The goal was to bring a fun, offbeat aesthetic to my watch through a hyper-expressive ink trap font, which means I'm deliberately sacrificing instant legibility in favour of a little moment of delight every time I catch a cool digit combination. (Also, as soon as you've seen each number a once you’ll get it.)
I also added a wake and sleep animation with a bit of techno-futurist flair. Each time the screen wakes, the digits shrink to 75% and make room for four complications that travel in toward the center, then reverse back after a few seconds.
Personally, I get a lot of joy out of looking at my watch now, and I hope others will too :) Future plans include more complications, alternative animation styles, and a more elaborate color picker.
