Hey everyone! I built a hydration tracking widget for Garmin and wanted to share it with you.

How it works
Your daily goal is calculated automatically from your Garmin profile — weight, gender and active minutes. The more you move, the higher the goal. You can also set the goal manually right from the watch. The formula screen shows exactly how your recommendation is calculated.
Supports both ml and oz.
Reminders
Two modes that can run together:
• Smart — only reminds you when you're actually falling behind your target
• Interval — fixed schedule every 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes
• Active hours — set a window (e.g. 8:00–22:00) so you won't be disturbed at night
Main screen
4 quick-add buttons with any value from −1000 to +1000 ml, custom input, reset and goal picker. 14 color options per button — hide the ones you don't need and the rest scale up automatically. Everything is configured from your phone through Garmin Connect.
The progress bar changes color as you drink: white → orange (50%+) → green (goal reached) → blue (recommendation reached).
Track progress your way
• Widget — full control with buttons and completion percentage
• Glance — see your progress without opening the app
• Complications — hydration right on your watch face
• 7-day report — bar chart with daily intake and average % of your goal
Details
• 80+ supported Garmin devices — touchscreen and button-only
• 3 languages: English, Russian, Chinese
