StepCrafter is a brand-new RPG which turns your daily steps into materials, skills, recipes and XP. Walk, plan, build, progress and compete with others online!

How does it work?
Every 10 steps produces 1 unit of your selected material. Raw materials such as coal, iron, water, oil, logs, fish are translated directly from steps, while advanced items like glass, fuel, cake etc. also require ingredients from your inventory. As your skills grow, you unlock stronger materials, better crafting chains, timed perk projects, and food buffs that help boost your XP gain.
For example, the most advanced bonus item currently, the Humanoid gives you 30% XP boost for 120 days, but it requires batteries, ceramic, carbide, computers and motors. All those input items also require sub-items, which turns the game into a real supply chain like Minecraft, Anno games etc.
Food produced by the Cooking skill gives shorter XP gains. So, say you walk 2000 steps to produce wheat, 2000 steps to produce water, then 2000 steps to produce bread. It will give you 10% XP that lasts for a few days. That makes the planning and order of skill progress essential for quick gains. Staying competitive on the leaderboard requires some skills, beyond just walking or running to gain steps. A multi-level challenge for any RPG lover!

What is the online part of the game?
You can optionally compete with other players online or see all their stats by clicking their name on the web leaderboard. Can even share your own stats page with friends.
