New Fenix Sleep / Fenix Sleep 5X versions released ..

    [Version 1.26] July 25 / 2017 -- Fenix Sleep
    [Version 1.05] July 25 / 2017 -- Fenix Sleep 5x

    - Added Pause Resume option .. it will restart the application automatically if desired if in pause mode. You have to set a time in Garmin Connect Mobile / Garmin Express as described (default is 0 seconds or disabled). This will allow you to go into pause mode and the application will resume once the set 'Pause Resume' time expires. Valid times are from 60-900 seconds (1-15 minutes).

This is the same as the Vivoactive HR version "HR Sleep".
  • Hi, How to save the data after waking up? i only see option to resume or pause.

    Thanks

You can save your data to a text file on the device by creating a text file (the same name as the .prg file) in your Garmin / Apps / Logs folder.

What likely is happening is that you have in your sleep put yourself into pause mode by pressing the pause button during your sleep. The application will not go into any sort of pause mode otherwise.

What I would recommend is setting the 'Pause Time' in Garmin Connect Mobile so that the application automatically kicks you out of pause mode after a certain amount of time has elapsed. The maximum amount of time is 15 minutes or 900 seconds. The minimum amount of time is 60 seconds or 1 minute. The default is that this feature is not used unless it is set.

That should resolve the issue you are having. This feature is available in BOTH Fenix Sleep versions .. Fenix Sleep and Fenix Sleep 5x.
