Watchface: UTC Titanium

If you like Garmin's Titanium watchface but wish it displayed UTC time, then this watchface is for you. Currently available for D2 Bravo and fenix 3 watches.

The main time (the analog hands) can be configured to display local time or UTC (for pilots, jet setters or other users with a constant need to see UTC).

Thanks to the "always active" functionality of CIQ 2.3.x the latest version (1.4.0) now supports displaying the second hand all the time (1 Hz updates) on any device with CIQ 2.3.x (Fenix 5 series, FR935).

Great watchface. Good balance of readibility, features and performance.

Could you please make the datafields customizable? Like local time, HR, Calories, next Sun event, etc. Lastly, if you can add a mini battery symbol to save a datafield for other value.

Those are all great ideas.

Unfortunately, the watch face code is getting a bit complicated and since I don't want to slow it down for the older devices I will probably retire it soon. The plan will be that I leave it as is for the watches that it supports but then I will create a new and improved version (UTC Titanium Plus?) that will be more customizable and such but will only support the newer devices. I'll keep everyone updated here.
