    New HR Sleep Version released.

    [Version 1.193] August 10 / 2018

    - Added Movement by hour (0-2, 2-4 etc) data screen. This is the 8th screen in HR Sleep.

This is just like the HR by hour screen but this one tracks your movement by 2 hour segments in the very same way.

Remember to reset your user settings as they likely will get reset when doing an application upgrade.
As well .. if you use data logging, you likely need to rename your text file to match the application file.

    [Version 1.199] August 15 / 2018

    - Added Movement Score and Total to Movement by Hour screen. Felt it was more important to show a Total vs Elapsed Time which is available on multiple other screens. The benefit is that you can see the numbers from the 2 screens to confirm they are in sync and the data is correct.

Remember to reset your user settings as they likely will get reset when doing an application upgrade.
As well .. if you use data logging, you likely need to rename your text file to match the application file.

    [Version 1.200] August 19 / 2018

    - Changed Movement Rating on the 7th screen to values more reasonable. It is now < 150 is low, >= 150 to 300 is medium and > 300 is high.

Remember to reset your user settings as they likely will get reset when doing an application upgrade.
As well .. if you use data logging, you likely need to rename your text file to match the application file.

    [Version 1.203] August 30 / 2018

    - Added error handling (really rounding) to percentage data on restorative / non restorative / awake screen.

I was asked today what the 'error handling' in the last version was all about.

It is pretty simple .. it is just there to confirm that the 3 percent numbers on the restorative / non restorative / awake screen add up to 100%. If the rounding of the numbers cause the numbers not to equal 100%, then the display will show - - - to demonstrate this result. They are really numbers with decimals but I remove the decimal part as it really is not that important in this context. It is likely only going to be for 1 second and likely in the time not that far after the application has started.

Btw, you can have time in a category but not have a percentage value, this is cause they are decimal values and until it hits 1.00000 or greater you will still see 0. I know, I just did not want to play with the data too much. Smiles.

    [Version 1.207] Sept 05 / 2018

    - Same as version 1.204

Btw .. I will be adding the time when you hit the Insomnia threshold on to the screen instead of the elapsed time. Thanks to Horst for this suggestion.

The above change .. I have completed it, I will test it tonight. If all is well .. I will release it.
