I'm sure this is incredibly obvious, but in the default face called MODERN DIGITAL on my VA-HR, there is an accent stripe on the left of the face. Options exist to change it's colors. It changes from full stripe to part of stripe to chevrons. As I wrote, I'm sure this is really obvious and I'm missing it, but that's the point...I'm missing it. What is it telling me???
This isn't really a Connect IQ question, but I think your talking about the "move" bar, One large segment and 4 smaller ones... Larger one after 1 hr, and each of the smaller ones after 15 additional minutes .
