 4 Different modes are available as follows .. set via the menu on the right button press.
Backlight, Optical, Backlight + Optical (select both items from menu separately), No menu items selected.

See on the Main Application Screen ..

- Time with seconds display
- Starting battery percentage with 2 decimal places
- Current battery percentage with 2 decimal places
- Drop % .. how much the battery capacity has dropped in percentage since starting the application.
- Drop # .. how many times there has been a battery capacity percentage drop.
This defaults to 50, where it will then exit. You can set it to a number of your choosing from 10 to 200 in Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express.
On the Application Summary Screen ..
- Battery Capacity Drop Percentage
- Elapsed Time for the Drop in Battery Capacity
- Time until the VivoactiveHR would be drained at the current rate of battery discharge.
- Battery discharge per hour given the current rate of battery discharge
- Battery discharge per day given the current rate of battery discharge.

    Some interesting preliminary data re the VAHR when it comes to battery consumption ..

    - the application itself .. baseline of 1 (the standard Power app .. which will use more power vs a watch face as it does seconds).
    - the back light at setting 9 uses your battery about 813 % more vs the baseline alone (yes this is the BIG battery killer .. :cool:).
    - the optical heart rate sensor uses your battery about 67 % more vs the baseline alone.
    - the back light + optical heart rate sensor uses your battery about 880 % more vs the baseline alone.
