A customer left a 1 star followed by a review saying that after purchasing my watch face he was asked to pay again to be able to use it 5 minutes after paying, in addition he called my product IT'S A SCAM!
How can this be my fault?
I pick the payment method directly to Garmin to avoid any problems.
I advised him to contact Garmin ave expose the problem since they're the ones who handle payments and the release of the product to the buyer.
I added that I would also contact Garmin about this matter...
It's frustrating getting a review like that when it's not your fault or is it?
I'm sure not.
